Service fees will be clearly communicated before any agreement is made. Payment terms vary depending on the service package selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
While we strive to match candidates with suitable opportunities, DPS Hospitalities does not guarantee employment placement. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer. We facilitate the connection and provide support throughout the process.
DPS Hospitalities assists with H-2B visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by U.S. government agencies. We will work diligently to prepare and submit accurate documentation on your behalf.
DPS Hospitalities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
